Grief Support with a Guided Forest Therapy Experience

Are you grieving a loss? The forest can help. I invite you to join others who are also processing their grief as we gather in the supportive, calming, nurturing presence of old trees and flowing waters. Participating in a guided forest therapy experience removes the pressure of feeling like you need to “fix” your emotions. The forest and the certified guide create a safe space that allows the sensory connections to nature to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and encourage a gentle emotional release. As your guide, I will offer you sensory invitations that allow you to focus on sounds, smells, textures and patterns in the forest which helps you to anchor yourself in the present moment, offering relief from overwhelming feelings.
